The Apostle Paul in Romans 3:23 (English Standard Version) wrote:
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”. Everyone.
But John 3:16 (ESV) assures us:
“For God so loved the world, that he gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.”
Whoever. He only asks us to BELIEVE IN HIM.
If you have never asked Jesus into your heart… or have walked away from HIS love: A simple prayer to confess your sins and invite Jesus into your heart—is all it takes. He’s waiting for YOU! You can pray this prayer:
Dear Jesus, I confess my sins to you. I want you as my Savior. Please come into my heart, forgive me of my sins. Help me to love you and follow you forever. Amen.
