In his dreams Lars saw so many needs and wonderful opportunities for people of all ages to serve. He and his intergenerational team have taken quick and decisive action to fulfill those dreams---rallying support to help churches in Ukraine, Uganda, Burma, India and Nepal.
What an inspiration to see Lars serving so vigorously in his later years! Knowing that his time is short, he allows his God-birthed enthusiasm and sense of urgency to spill over to others.

By giving away his work expertise after he retired, Jerry has created a growing platform for more courageously sharing his faith. Through strategic micro loans and training, they have helped put over 600 persecuted Christians in business. He acknowledges that we may be tempted to hold back a bit in retirement because of limited resources, but He has seen over and over again how God takes care of us as we give to build His kingdom.
